Bringing a touch of magic to modern wall art
The Illusion Frame features a perfectly rendered image apparently floating in a totally transparent surround, captured in a hand-made wooden frame. This contemporary look is perfect when matching an interior space, as the frame allows the wall colour to become part of the overall look. We have added a white border around the print to give extra impact which can be finished with a deckled edge for an artistic look.

Its all in the detail
Printing. 12-colour archival pigment printing (Fine Art).
Certified. Canon pigment inks are guaranteed for 100+ years.
Floating effect. Print secured between glazing to create a floating effect.
Paper. Cotton rag print with a 0.5in white border, straight or deckled edge.
Framing. Choice of 3 frame colours, White, Black or Silver
Standard sizes. We offer standard sizes where the print is 4 inches smaller than the glazing to create the perfect contemporary look.
Bespoke sizes. Contact us to discuss bespoke frame or print sizes.
Production time. Standard turnaround is 7 – 10 working days.
All wall art up to an overall size of 46 x 36 inches (110 x 90cm) are supplied in a presentation box as standard.

Here are some of the most frequesntly asked questions.
Magic! Ok – not quite! In fact, we carefully seal the print between two sheets of glazing with a specialist sealing product, securing the image so that it doesn’t fall but appears to float.
Yes of course! Please just confirm this option in the special instructions section of the order form. You can have a straight edge, deckled edge or no border at all. The latter means we print your image right to the edge – please specify this in the special instructions.
When ordering an Illusion Frame, you are ordering the glass size, not the image size. We then inset the print by 2 inches all the way around, which includes 0.5 inch white border.
A 24 x 24 glazing has a 20 x 20 print and is approximately 26 x 26 inches overall including the frame.
The space is approximately 2 inches.
The Illusion Frame comes in Silver, White (open grain), Black (open grain) or Brown (open grain).
Unfortunately not with this frame – it just wouldn’t be so beautiful and it’s the single floating image that gives this product impact. But we do create bespoke frames so please do contact us for other options.
We use specialist multi-toothed or ‘crocodile’ hangers discretely attached to the top edges of the frame where it is strongest and not visible from the front or sides.
